- Calculators and estimators (dwelling cost, umbrella, deductible, roof age, and similar tools) produce rough educational figures. They are not appraisals or replacement-cost valuations, and a carrier's own estimator or an appraisal governs.
- Submitting a form does not bind coverage. No coverage exists until a carrier accepts the application and issues the policy or binder in writing.
